Please note that following what was done last month, the visualisation of the tweets is anchored to Eigenvector Centrality for both the node and label sizes. This is in part due to the unprecedented conversational signatures and landscape on account of the Coronavirus and related conversations. More details here. By June 2020, the Twitter conversational landscape also included content around the General Election, held on 5 August 2020.
The 87,638 tweets includes all tweets with the #lka and #srilanka hashtags. Till May 2020, I excluded tweets that featured ‘cricket’, ‘sport’, ‘sports’, ‘match’ and ‘game’.
